About the Journal

Journal of Interdisciplinary Science & Technology (JIST) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that focuses on the publication of original research of high quality that cuts across several distinct branches of science and technology. JIST enables researchers, academics, students, and innovators globally with a platform to share and develop knowledge, with the aim of performing impactful research work that is beneficial to society.

Focus and Scope

JIST works toward the filling of the gap between traditional academic disciplines. It is open to original research submissions, review articles, case studies, and technical notes, across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including especially those that demonstrate the interconnections between them. The journal has a scope of: topic with scope of topic, along with functional table, but is not limited to:

  • All branches of Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer Science, and more.

  • Pharmacy: Drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical chemistry, and clinical pharmacy.

  • Biochemistry and Biosciences: Molecular biology, bioinformatics, and biotechnology.

  • Other Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Environmental Science.

Archival System

 

To ensure the long-term preservation of its content, JIST utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots Of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) archival system. This distributed and decentralized system creates a secure network of permanent archives among participating libraries, guaranteeing that the journal's published content remains accessible for future generations, even in the event of unforeseen disasters or journal cessation.
